The Guarantee of Silence (Shipping Policy)
We understand the absolute necessity of privacy. Your dynamic is your own, and its tools should arrive unseen by anyone else.
Unmarked Packaging: Every order is shipped in a discreet, unmarked black box or standard exterior courier packaging. There are no logos, branding, or hints to the contents on the outside.
Discreet Sender: The shipping label will not read "Discipline & Ink." It will simply display a generic sender name (e.g., our founder's initials or a neutral atelier name) to ensure complete confidentiality.
Global Reach: We ship worldwide from our workshop in Reutlingen, Germany. All international packages are declared neutrally as "Stationery / Bound Notebooks" for customs purposes.
The Standard of Craft (Return Policy)
Our journals are intimately tied to your private thoughts and reflections. Because of the deeply personal nature of these ledgers, we maintain strict return standards to ensure every client receives an untouched, pristine product.
Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, strictly on the condition that the item is completely unused.
Pristine Condition: The leather must show no signs of bending or handling, and the paper must bear no ink marks. If a journal shows any sign of being "broken in" or used for a scene, it becomes yours permanently.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us directly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Lost or Damaged Archives
While we pack every journal with meticulous care, the physical world is unpredictable. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work quietly and swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your dynamic is not left without its architecture.
